How to Give

Donating to the Cedars-Sinai Employee Giving Program is easy to do. You can make a one-time gift in any amount and at any time. Simply use our online donation form or fill out a printed donation form.

If you prefer, you can contribute through payroll deductions, beginning at as little as $1 per pay period. Please use our donation form and return it by mail or email to groupempployeegivingprogram@cshs.org.
